For this purpose, the Company has developed and implements a sound Quality Management System (QMS), that complies with the international standard ISO 9001:2015, to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer, business partner and regulatory requirements and to address customer satisfaction through the effective implementation of the QMS, including continual improvement of our performance by updating the skills and resources needed for the QMS implementation and the prevention of non-conformity.

In order to offer the best possible services to its customers, the Company has:

¯  established strategic partnerships and appointed as local representative/distributor for numerous multinational pharmaceutical companies offering complete solutions/support ranging from regulatory and pharmacovigilance, to importing, warehousing, distributing and promoting a wide range of products,

¯  created a management mechanism aimed at optimum utilization of creativity, abilities, knowledge, expertise and skills of all level employees.

Our documented QMS ensures that the Company can fulfill contractual and legal obligations by:

¯  Ensuring that all activities which directly affect the safety, legality and quality of services and products are carried out under controlled conditions,

¯  Monitoring and analysis of the Quality objectives which provide feedback to enable quality improvement against customer needs and expectations, including customer complaints,

¯  Selecting and performance monitoring of all suppliers against specific criteria,

¯  Providing up to date instructions and training to all personnel together with the promotion of quality awareness,

¯  Regular auditing our internal processes.

While doing so we shall keep in mind safety of our employees, all work processes, as well as our natural environment.

The Company’s Top Management ensures that this policy is communicated and implemented at all levels of the organization. All staff will be required to comply with the contents of the Quality Manual and will understand their own duties in relation to the import, promotion and distribution of high quality, safe and effective products complying with the legislation and the ethic codes.
